Location
This position is located onsite at 22 Atwood Drive, Northampton, MA. This multi-specialty medical office building is a part of Cooley Dickinson's Atwood Health Center, a spacious facility with a variety of Cooley Dickinson services and serves as a one-stop health and wellness destination. While working at 22 Atwood, you will be able to support a variety of offices/specialties, including but not limited to: Women's Health, the Diabetes Center, Infectious Diseases, Family Medicine, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Geriatrics, Podiatry, Spine Medicine, and Integrated Behavioral Health.
Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Patient Services Representative (PSR) to serve as the face of our medical group and play a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side. Job functions will include a blend of check-in/check-out, managing phones, and administrative support, which will rotate on a weekly basis. We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting!
The schedule consists of 4,10-hour days (Monday through Friday) from 7:30am to 6:00pm.
