Cooley Dickinson Hospital, a member of Massachusetts General Brigham (MGB), is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible plastic surgeon to join and lead our Plastic Surgery team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience and will oversee the clinical operations of our outpatient Plastic Surgery Practice.
Position Overview:
As the Site Medical Director, you will report to the Co-Medical Director of Specialty Care, providing leadership for outpatient clinical operations. You will have direct oversight of surgeons and advanced practice providers, fostering a collaborative and effective partnership with the Practice Manager and Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the team, promoting communication, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture.
Ensure the highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence among all providers.
Oversee administrative protocols, including quality improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support outstanding clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Provide mentorship to new clinicians and oversee ongoing professional development.
