The Janitorial Manager is responsible for oversight of a client account. This position is the liaison between C&W Services and our clients at this site location. The manager is responsible to ensure the contracted Statement of Work remains in compliance
Specific responsibilities include customer liaison and relations, ensuring the contracted by performing regular quality and documentation inspections, employee training and development, account staffing, budget oversight, task planning, problem solving, employee timekeeping, payroll, and procurement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned
Manages the overall activities of the account
Develops and implements quality assurance methods and procedures. Assesses quality levels achieved by individual employees using our Quality Inspection platform. Provides feedback to employees to ensure constant improvement
Ensures Good Documentation Practices (GDP) are followed
Evaluate performance and potential of employees
Recruiting, hiring, and training of employees for the account.
Monitors, evaluates budgets and plans. Coordinates future budget requests and revisions to SOW
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively with both clients and employees at all levels
Establishes and maintains the respect and confidence of clients and service employees.

QUALIFICATIONS
Lead by Example
Minimum (5+) years of progressive Management/Operations experience, within a GMP environment a plus
Ability to partner with all levels of employees and build relationships
Strong employee relations, conflict resolution and management skills
Develop training plans for employees in proper custodial methods and procedures
Proficient computer skills
Self-Directed, exhibiting a high level of confidence
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or GED
