What you will do
We are looking for a talent to join the Essential Health Brand Development Team based in Summit/Skillman NJ, USA, as Associate Marketing Manager, EH. The Associate Marketing Manager will leverage knowledge of their Region to deliver toolkits based on the global strategy for Johnson's baby. The Associate Brand Manager will coordinate with other Regions and BMCs to deliver Campaign and Communications Strategies, Guidelines to realize the extraordinary power of everyday care through the Johnson's Baby global brand tables with strong outside in focus.
Key Responsibilities
Delivers global brand toolkits that meet and advance the category prototype for their priority Region/BMC and are ready for rapid deployment globally, with limited shaping and transcreation. Works in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue.
Delivers winning brand building plans through strong collaboration with the other Regions and BMCs to address meaningful opportunities and threats as they arise.
Develops and ensures the implementation of, consistent and aligned comms, content, playbooks (Influencer/HCP/Shopper) consistent with SOBG principles. Delivers through the BMCs and rolls out to rest of world through the deployment teams.
Ensure strong collaboration & participation in Project Meetings as part of the aligned cadence.
Works closely with the Regional and local BMCs markets' teams to understand consumer insights and challenges, the go to market and the trends to deliver the best long-term plans for the brand.
Performs analysis on the basic business, working closely with Finance and Consumer Insights to keep the Baby BDT abreast of the market and performance, with focus on primary BMCs.
Always put consumer first to unleash the best insights to drive brand performance.
Works closely with the Regional and local BMCs markets' teams to deliver communications and campaign strategy for the BMCs.
Delivers winning campaign plans through strong collaboration with the Segment Leaders and BMCs based on consumer needs. Develops and ensures the implementation of consistent and aligned communications strategy via playbooks: content, playbooks (Influencer/HCP/Shopper) consistent with SOBG principles. Delivers through the BMCs and rolls out to rest of world through the deployment teams.

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field; Master's degree a plus
A minimum of 3 years of Progressive experience executing successful brand strategies, innovation, and communications.
Experience in executing in a similar integrated brand leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods organization, preferably with a breadth of functional and/or industry experience. Experience working in a global capacity & collaborating with regional teams. Evidence of leading & growing a large global brand with meaningful sales outside of US. Strong track record of success working with local markets, preferable clout in NA &/or AP.
Ability to travel up to 10%

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $92,000.00 to $149,500.00.This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
