The Workforce Analytics Specialist will leverage data for analyzing HR metrics, identifying trends, and developing data-driven solutions for HR and the organization.
What you'll do
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Reporting: Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
Project Management: Support HR projects related to people analytics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency
Predictive Analytics: Utilize predictive modeling techniques to forecast workforce trends
Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain high standards of data quality and security
What you'll need
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
1-2 years experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related role or the equivalent combination of experience, education, and on-the-job or formal training
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting
Ability to synthesize large quantities of quantitative and qualitative data, recognize trends, tie back to business priorities
High proficiency in business insight and data analytics
