Job Description:
Job OverviewTheField ServiceTechnician Iis responsible fortheservice, installation,conversion,upgradeand preventative maintenance of all AGS gaming equipment.This isanentry-levelpositionanddoes not work standard,set hours as work activities may occur throughout a 24-hour day, 7 days a week, including holidays.This position reports to the Regional Service ManagerorFieldService Supervisor.Responsibilities
Performs preventative maintenance and general maintenanceon AGS gaming equipment
Completes all reports and paperworkin a timely manner
Performstechnical procedureson both slot machine and table game equipment
Troubleshootsand repairsservice incidentsin a timely mannerand escalatesas necessary
Keepspartsinventory current
Participatesin a weekly on-call rotation with other technicians in territory
Provides best in the business customer service
Adheres to all safety guidelines during work hours, as set forth by AGS
Skills/Requirements
High School diploma or GEDrequired
Must be at least 21yearsold
Current drivers license and vehicle insurance is mandatory
Entry level, gaming experience is not necessary, but is a plus
Must have 2 yearsexperience in electronics and/or computer networking
Requirement to obtain licensing approval by tribal and/or state gaming regulators
Basic computer skillsrequired; May need to use all tools from Microsoft Office suite (primarilyWord, Excel,Outlook)
A flexible schedule may berequired, with the ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
While performing the job functions of this position, the employee will be required to operate a personal or work assigned vehicle. Must be able to drive long distances when needed.
