Responsibilities

• Supports digital and physical production art jobs
• Communicates clearly and effectively and has the ability to listen carefully and to ask questions in order to drive toward requirements of the design
• Capable of developing new form factor dielines
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to strict dielines, templates, and branding guidelines
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prepare files for Familiarity with pre-press print production
• Meticulous eye for detail, highly organized
• Comfortable working on your own or closely with a traffic manager and other senior designers. through rapid rounds of edits and updates of files
• Committed to ongoing education in order to stay current with technical, software and application updates
• Other Tasks and Responsibilities as Assigned

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mac OSX Design Environment, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Powerpoint, Scripting for efficiency is a plus
• Minimum of 7 years in graphic design with emphasis on preparing files for printing
• Ability to translate loose requirements into eye-catching visual representations
• Ability to rapidly translate written or spoken ideas into visuals for client approvals
  Ability to use Premiere Pro is a plus
• Ability to set up art files for commercial printing is a must
• Ability to mentally switch tasks rapidly and effectively and accurately complete tasks to meet timelines within a given day
• 4 year degree in related field
