Description: Our client, a global leader in media investment and advertising innovation, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Programmatic Media team. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge media technology platforms and shape the future of digital advertising strategies. As a Senior Associate, you'll play a key role in executing programmatic media plans, mentoring entry-level team members, and driving campaign performance.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Translate client objectives into actionable programmatic strategies, including identifying target audiences and sourcing relevant inventory.
Oversee campaign performance within platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and other DSPs, ensuring budgets align with objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage essential operational tasks, including budget tracking, billing processes, and creative asset trafficking.
Analyze campaign performance and create detailed reports to inform stakeholders and identify areas for optimization.
Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including digital planning, analytics, investment, and operations.
Partner with publishers to implement, troubleshoot, and optimize programmatic deals, securing access to premium media inventory.
Develop expertise in digital advertising technology, including ad servers, data management platforms (DMPs), and verification tools.
Lead onboarding, training, and day-to-day management of junior team members, ensuring the quality of their work and professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Analytics, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Programmatic Media, Paid Search, Paid Social, Ad Operations, Digital Analytics, or Media Planning.
Familiarity with key programmatic and digital advertising platforms such as DV360 or The Trade Desk.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive results.
