STATUS: Per Diem
LOCATION: Norther Heights Imaging Center
SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday Days
Stocks room appropriately while rotating supplies based on expiration dates, including Emergency response equipment Ensures that all regulatory logs are completed daily Uses team effort to accomplish room turnover within acceptable timeframes. Primarily responsible for cleanliness and safety of environment for staff and patients. Safely and efficiently transports patients to and from the department in a safe manner, according to hospital standards. Assists with ambulation, transferring or lifting of patients Performs clerical duties to include filing, faxing, and scanning documents. Answers and returns phone calls, completes safety screening forms/history forms, and communicates with Care team as needed. Provides safe and competent care for patients with relationship to elimination & hygiene needs including bathing and changing bed linens as needed while patient is in the Radiology department.. - Demonstrates compassion and any other kind of support needed for the patient and patient family members -Demonstrates mission and values of the organization Performs other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: H - Heavy Work - Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires constant walking, standing or squatting.
PAY RANGE: $16.50 - $19.25
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
