Position:  The Terminal Manager is responsible for all daily functions of the facility and sets the tone with positive leadership and a can-do attitude.  Your management objective is absolute customer satisfaction while at the same time driving profitability and producing gross profit through efficiency and honesty and providing a pleasurable place to work for our fellow employees. 

Priorities:   


  • Lead contact and approver for Residential Sales and Commercial Sales

  • Review financial statements as it pertains to the operation to include but not limited to: Gross profit, Pack ratios, Hourly labor spend, etc.

  • Follow in real time open capacity, equipment status and quality scores.

  • Run the administrative functions of the branch

  • Service escalations

  • Branch Expense Approval

Qualifications/Skills:

•          At least 7 years of related management experience in the moving & storage or similar transportation industry

•          Ability to foster teamwork, multi-task and prioritize.

The pay range is $90,000 to $100,000 annual equivalent. Starting pay rate will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, Vacation pay of 3.08 hours for every 80 hours worked, paid holidays (6 days annually), three personal days (prorated based on start date), bereavement pay and retirement benefits.  The Terminal Manager position is considered safety sensitive and will be subject to the company's random drug test program.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): The following are required to enable job holders to perform the essential functions of the job


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • At least 7 years of related experience

  • Ability to foster teamwork

Technology Skills:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Competent with Microsoft Teams.
