Senior Manager, Program Management, Cross Border Solutions



The Walmart US eCommerce cross border team builds products that allow Marketplace sellers to easily provide fast, affordable delivery options to Walmart's customers. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Program Management to support various fast-paced, to be launched cross border B2C programs. In this role, you'll collaborate across Strategy, Analytics, Product, Engineering and Procurement to execute the program strategy that provide value to cross-border seller solution offerings. Obsessing on simplification and reducing friction for customers and sellers is at the heart of this role as you create intuitive and loveable experiences. In this role you will apply a general management perspective and problem-solving approach, will be agile and able to apply the right frameworks, operating cadence, and business analysis & acumen to the product roadmap.

You'll make an impact by:




  • Execute program vision - Execute program vision and strategiesusing domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives.


  • Working cross-functionally and across multiple locations - Communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success. Building collaborative relationshipswith key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.


  • Driving end to end ownership and moving fast - Work in an agile and iterative team environment. Providing overall directionby analyzing business objectives and customer needs.


  • Issues resolution & long-term strategy - Drive resolution of key issues within programs and develop roadmap POVs for key initiatives and advocate for solutions that allows sellers to optimize their assortment, cost and post-purchase functions effectively in Walmart.com


  • Leading initiatives - Ensure critical business issues and core strategies are addressed in product decisions; drive process changes based on feedback; drive resource allocation decisions; and set the standard for deliverables.




Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain or related area and 6+ years' experience in partner negotiations, business operations, supply chain management or related area.

  • Experience managing relationships with domestic and international carriers, shipping aggregation services, general familiarity with procedures commonly used in cross-border B2C fulfillment for marketplace sellers.

  • 6+ years' experience building and leading large cross-functional teams.

  • Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related area and 6+ years' experience as a Business GM, Program leadership, working on consumer-facing, large-scale, complex B2C products in cross border supply chain.

Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00




























Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
