Location: Must be located within 50 miles of the locations listed below. Position has both office/remote expectations.
The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts.
How you will make an impact:
Interprets and supports plan benefit design.
Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues.
Makes routine account visits.
Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Sales license may be required.
Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
Preferred Skills, Experiences and Capabilities:
Experience in a client facing role preferred.
Insurance knowledge preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $58,696 to $88,044
