Job Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to join our dynamic IT Infrastructure and Operations team. This role will be focused on the migration of recently acquired companies into the parent organization from an IT infrastructure, operation, and security perspective.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Migration Expertise: Lead and execute complex migrations of PCs, servers, and user profiles to our parent domain.
  • Cloud Migration: Oversee the transition of Office 365 and Google Workspace environments to our unified Microsoft 365 tenant.
  • Network Integration: Reconfigure LAN infrastructure to align with our corporate standards and ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with technology partners to deploy firewalls and implement 365 migrations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking technologies.
  • Customer Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Travel Readiness: Embark on frequent travel (up to 50%) to various locations for on-site migration projects.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in IT infrastructure and systems engineering, with a strong focus on migration projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Office 365 migration tools.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
