We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated bilingual (Chinese) Accounting Clerk for a growing company in Orlando. This role requires a team player who is willing to assist in various accounting functions, including data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and document management. OVERVIEW:
Review invoices, create credit memos
Apply payments to accounts
Assist with credit card purchases
Order supplies
Ad hoc reporting
Perform general administrative duties related to the accounting department
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluent Chinese
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Familiarity with MS Office
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
