Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join a law firm in the east Twin Cities metro. This is a temporary opportunity with an onsite work model.
Responsibilities:
Oversee litigation cases from initial investigation through all legal phases, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trials.
Prioritize client service, ensuring professional representation and communication.
Develop strategies for favorable case resolutions.
Provide expert advice and effective communication with clients.
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin.
1-3 years of litigation experience with a solid understanding of civil and administrative procedural rules.
Strong research, writing, negotiation, and client management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
