Job Summary
As the HCM Administrator, you will play a vital role in administering and maintaining the Workday HCM system, including security, business processes, and configurations. You'll be responsible for managing and updating various Workday modules and collaborate effectively with key business stakeholders as well as IT and Finance. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with the HR team across North America to appropriate configure policies and drive consistent best practices across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
System Configuration and Maintenance: Manage and configure Workday modules, ensuring system functionality aligns with business requirements
User Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to end-users, resolving issues and enhancing user experience
Data Management: Oversee data integrity, perform regular audits, and ensure accurate data entry and reporting within Workday. Act as point of contact for report writing for senior management; generate and analyze reports to support HR decision-making
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize system efficiency
Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining system security and data privacy. Serve as liaison between internal and external audit
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related area of study
Strong understanding and experience with Workday's HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Payroll Modules; Workday Certifications preferred
5+ years' experience as an HRIS Analyst, Workday Administrator or similar role
Excellent communication skills and ability to partner across multiple functions
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively
Detail oriented and committed to data integrity and accuracy
