Ledgent Finance and Accounting is actively seeking a Bookkeeper in Manchester, NH. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience and will be knowledgeable in QuickBooks.
Premise: To provide support to the Accounting Manager with AP, AR and general accounting.
Job Duties:
Full cycle AP and AR processing
Matching and batching of PO's
Weekly check runs
Account reconciliation
AR, including payment applications and payment arrangements
Provide back-up to payroll, as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience
QuickBooks (Desktop) required)
Payroll experience (ideal)
