Handle incoming employee and customer inquiries regarding parts, services, and scheduling.
Deliver exceptional customer service and solutions promptly, exceeding expectations.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of processes and in-depth product knowledge.
Participate in ongoing training and updates to stay informed about product and service changes.
Stay current on products, services, and promotions to support business objectives.
Take ownership of customer issues to ensure satisfactory resolution, escalating when necessary.

Requirements:
Experience with Salesforce (new system) or SAP (previous system) preferred.
At least 2 years of phone-based customer service experience required; additional experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Self-starter with excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work independently.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Hourly Pay Rate: $20-$24/hr - Depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Location: 100% in-office.
