Construction Material Manufacturing Company has a temporary need for an Accounting Admin Clerk. Business casual office environment. Position reports to the Director.
Duties:
Assist in managing construction lien process
Assist with filing and administration of construction preliminary notices
Assist with filing and administration of construction lien releases
Assist with light collections and customer service.
Requirements:
Degree in accounting, finance or economics - preferred but not required
If not degree, 1-2 years of similar experience
Proficient with Word and Excel skills
Data entry skills
Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Excellent follow up skills
