What You'll Do:
Process in-house payroll for 200+ employees accurately and on time.
Handle payroll taxes, deductions, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll laws.
Address employee payroll inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
Collaborate with HR and accounting teams on reporting and audits.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years of in-house payroll processing experience.
Skills: Proficient with [specific payroll software, e.g., ADP, Paylocity], MS Excel, and reporting tools.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and an excellent communicator.
