Hours & Compensation:
Monday to Friday, 6:45 am to 3:15 pm (some overtime required)
Direct hire position
Pay rate: $28-$34, depending on experience
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Line Mechanic/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a technical school graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, performing equipment and building repairs, as well as line set-up. Experience with aerosol production, process logic controls/electronics, and project management is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform equipment and building repairs
Set up production lines
Ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
Technical school graduate (Maintenance Management or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with aerosol production is a plus
Knowledge of process logic controls/electronics is desirable
Project management experience is advantageous
Forklift license/certification required
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, etc.
Work in indoor/outdoor manufacturing facility
May require work on rooftops, depending on project needs
Adherence to safety regulations is paramount
