We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant for one of our customers in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay Rate: $23.00-25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry, maintain databases, and update records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and edit documents, reports and spreadsheets.
Manage office supplies, track inventory, and place orders as needed.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team activities.
Handle filing, scanning, copying, and other clerical tasks to support various departments.
Provide administrative support for special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
