Responsibilities
As a Region Manager, you’ll be a leader in a high-performance culture. Extensive training will prepare you to apply business acumen to revenue growth through achieving the highest customer satisfaction. Equally important is cultivating an employee culture that motivates performance, supports personal growth and inspires exceptional service.
You will…
Manage, direct and organize multiple branch offices to ensure effective sales, quality service delivery, revenue attainment and profitability growth by analyzing each individual operation and mutually establishing priorities
Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Ensure accountability for and compliance with the policies and procedures for all Company vehicles within the region
Recruit, hire, mentor, evaluate and coach Branch Managers and other key leaders throughout the region
Identify and implement best practices, cost savings and improved customer service initiatives
Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Human Resources on key hiring, promotional opportunities, succession planning, performance improvement and termination decisions
Promoting positive employee relations including fostering high morale and upholding company operating standards
Learn and maintain technical industry knowledge and expertise in pest control and Operational Management
Be willing to travel in the field for branch office visits about 80% of the time

Qualifications
What do you need to be successful?
Must live in the Upstate New York market (Buffalo, Albany or Rochester)
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

What will my work environment be like?
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
