The Talent Acquisition Intern will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team with projects starting in January 2025.
Areas of Learning/Responsibilities
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining open and timely communication with candidates, while being a brand ambassador
Talent Sourcing: Identify and proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including referrals, job boards, social media, networking, and industry and campus events
Interviews: Conduct candidate review and interviews
Supports and coordinates Talent Acquisitions events, such as job fairs, high school tours, campus recruiting, etc.
Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand by highlighting the company's strengths and culture through job postings, social media posts, etc.
Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related degree
Workday knowledge preferred
Strong communication skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills accompanied with cultural sensitivity
Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills
