The Role
Designs, tests, and implements state-of-the-art secure operating systems, networks, and database products. Conducts risk assessment and provides recommendations for application design. Involved in a wide range of security issues including architectures, firewalls, electronic data traffic, and network access. Uses encryption technology, penetration and vulnerability analysis of various security technologies, and information technology security research. May prepare security reports to regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiative Management: Lead and manage multiple initiatives while building and maintaining strong business relationships.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate solution-oriented discussions with key cross-functional stakeholders to address their Cybersecurity IAM and SAP needs.
• Technical Communication: Simplify complex technical issues for stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding across varied technical backgrounds.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the extended IAM Security, SAP Security and IAM Application Administration teams and colleagues across the organization to meet project goals.
• Autonomous and Team Work: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating both independent initiative and teamwork.
• Leadership & Influence: Inspire and motivate peers and senior management while coordinating team efforts toward common objectives.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain a self-motivated approach with a keen eye for detail, deadlines, and reporting.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant exempt experience;
Master's Degree and 3 years of relevant professional experience;
Ph.D. and 0 years of experience.
