Job Summary

As a Project Manager 3, you will be responsible for planning and managing multiple projects of varying complexity, priority, and risk, focusing on the design and development of business solutions for the needs of our employee benefits department.

  • Facilitate cross-functional and cross-organizational team members in a matrixed-managed environment.

  • Be responsible for project communications, project schedule, issue and risk tracking, and change management activities.

  • Apply business and technical knowledge to initiate corrective actions, as appropriate, to ensure that deliverables are produced on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Skills and Background You’ll Need

  • At least three years of progressive experience as a business project manager providing complex, high-level support on organizational-wide initiatives.

  • In-depth knowledge of formal project management methodology and deliverables.

  • A strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies

  • Exceptional communication skills, the ability to influence others, analytical skills, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution expertise.

  • Experience working with senior leadership and executives for organizational-wide projects.

  • Ability to work independently and drive results.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range:

$72,750.00 - $106,500.00
