Track and maintains student certification and licensure records.
Program and facilitate workshops and seminars for initial certification licensure preparation.
Regularly communicate with students about their certification status and COE preparation resources.
Collaborate with Center for Assessment, Accreditation and Retention (CAAR) concerning. accreditation needs and other reporting needs for various agencies.
Collaborate with Program Coordinators, Department Chairs, and Dean’s Office concerning. student resources, programming, student status updates, etc.
Assist students with advising for on licensure testing and outcomes.
Maintain licensure website content.
Ensure the accurate administration of records for students eligible for licensure testing.
Maintain all computer hardware and software operating systems within the Lab.
Conduct Faculty Workshops on administering students’ licensure exams for identified areas as needed.
Attend meetings and conferences pertaining to initial certification in related to COE initial certification.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Master’s Degree or higher in education, testing services, or related field preferred.
Experience
Two (2) or more years work experience in testing tracking, database management, and data presentation and dissemination preferred.
Two (2) or more years in an educational or related environment or customer service environment preferred.
Ability to plan, organize and meet deadlines, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects or tasks concurrently.
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally to staff, students, and senior administration.
Strong professional, communication, interpersonal and human relations skills.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Ability to plan, organize and meet deadlines, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects or tasks concurrently.

Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally to staff, students, and senior administration.

Experience with highly automated management systems and the processing required to work within these systems i.e. PeopleSoft and Blackboard.
Advanced knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
