Kforce's Fortune 500 retail leader client is seeking a Senior Infrastructure IT Project Manager in Los Angeles, CA.

Summary:
The client is looking for a Senior Infrastructure IT Project Manager to lead multiple high-visibility technology initiatives. This role requires a hands-on approach, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex technical projects within an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in infrastructure IT projects, including systems integration, platforms, and related IT operations, with a focus on delivering robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Senior Infrastructure IT Project Manager will lead infrastructure-focused projects within the technology space (e.g., data center migrations, networking, cabling, server and storage upgrades, cloud integration, disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure scalability initiatives); Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations


• Drive the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including internal IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors


• Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and risks while ensuring alignment with corporate goals


• As an Senior Infrastructure IT Project Manager, you will develop and maintain detailed project documentation using tools like Smartsheets or similar platforms


• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines


• Provide clear, concise, and regular updates to senior leadership and technical teams


• Adapt to shifting priorities and align resources to meet business-critical needs

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of Project Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale IT infrastructure projects in enterprise environments


• Expertise in infrastructure technologies such as servers, networks, cloud platforms, and systems


• Strong experience in stakeholder management, including executive communication and cross-team collaboration


• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment


• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets, Jira, or MS Project)


• Consultant mindset with a focus on delivering value and driving continuous improvement

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in Fortune 500 environments or global organizations


• Retail experience, particularly with IT infrastructure systems or related IT domains, is highly preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
