Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Tech Stack Owner.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Irth Solutions Land Management SaaS solution, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems
Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define requirements, configure the solution, and perform data migration
Ensure seamless integration of the SaaS solution with other enterprise systems, such as GIS, ERP, and CRM platforms
Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the Irth Solutions Land Management SaaS application
Monitor application performance, usage, and functionality to ensure it meets business requirements and delivers value
Identify opportunities for optimization and enhancements, working with vendors and internal teams to implement improvements
Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring the application supports their objectives
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the application and understand its features and benefits
Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback, address issues, and ensure alignment on goals and priorities
Manage the relationship with Irth Solutions, ensuring they deliver on their commitments and provide high-quality support
Coordinate with the vendor for application updates, enhancements, and issue resolution
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
Ensure the application complies with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
Implement and maintain security controls to protect data integrity and confidentiality
Develop and enforce policies and procedures for application usage, data management, and access control
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Land Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience; A Master's degree is preferred
Relevant certifications in project management or application management (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are preferred
8+ years of experience in application management, project management, or a related field, with a focus on SaaS solutions
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing enterprise SaaS applications in a large or complex organization, preferably in land management or the energy sector
Strong understanding of SaaS application architecture, configuration, and integration
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strategic mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance management
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
