RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking to hire a Senior Systems Auditor in Worcester, Massachusetts (MA).

Summary:
This client is a Fortune 500 insurance company that offers amazing benefits including 401K, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, PTO, etc. Their office offers dry cleaning and a free gym on site. The role will work in a hybrid schedule, 1-2 days a week in the office and the rest of the week remote.

Duties:

• Senior Systems Auditor will develop and execute comprehensive audit plans for IT systems, applications


• Identify potential risk associated with information technology and data management processes


• Prepare detail audit reports


• Compliance Monitoring


• Work closely with IT departments


• Stay update on emerging technologies and trends in IT auditing


• Training and development - mentor junior audit staff and provide training on audit practices, tools and techniques


• As a Senior Systems Auditor, you will promote awareness of security and compliance issues with the company


• Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards that may affect the company


• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or accounting or finance or related field


• CISA or CRISC or CISM or CISSP, CPA certifications are required


• 5 years of experience in inter auditing with 3 years in IT systems auditing


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex systems and identify risks


• Technical skills - IT systems, Databases, network security, auditing software


• Supervisory experience training staff, fostering a collaborative work environment


• Communication skills excellent verbal and written skills


• Attention to detail


• Time management skills, multitasking, and meeting critical deadlines

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
