BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator in REMOTE!


Position Title: Project Coordinator

Location: REMOTE

Anticipated Start Date: 12/02/2024

Expected Duration: 12+ Plus Months (Contract) With Strong possibility of Extension.

Job Type: (>=40 HOURS WEEKLY], [CONTRACT], [REMOTE]



Pay Range: $30/hr to $33.04/hr



Job Description




Opportunity Summary





  • Requires candidates to have strong attention to detail while thriving in a fast-paced deployment environment across multiple sites at once.

  • Excel skills capable of creating pivot tables and formulas, used for creating ad hoc data comparisons or imports.

  • Smartsheet experience is a plus.

  • Preference to individuals with experience deploying tangible assets for their understanding of ordering, configuration, logistics, and site coordination.

  • West Coast Time Zone candidates for long-term West Coast customer engagement.

  • Managed Print Deployment

  • Primarily Project Coordination focused execution phase activities. e.g. creating work orders, tech scheduling, asset entitlement and updating, logistics coordination.

  • Significant communication with onsite install techs: phone, text, zoom/teams.

  • Additional Project Management activities despite customer driven project schedule. e.g., Internal & External stakeholder communication, risk management, cross-team collaboration.

  • Works remotely as part of a project team while independently executing on their own responsibilities.

  • General Services Description Managed Print Services (MPS) is a solution that provides customers with complete, professional management of their entire output environment (printers, copiers, faxes).

  • MPS are customized to meet an organizations specific business objectives and needs.

  • Additional asset management capabilities help ease the transition to an optimized imaging and printing environment and provide ongoing flexibility to meet customer business needs.

Job Description:



  • Project management responsibilities will be carried out offsite, remotely.

  • Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.

  • Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope.

  • May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.

  • Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.

  • Ability to handle most unique situations.


May seek advice to make decisions on complex business issues:



  • Manages customer project delivery.

  • Large/ moderately complex/ local or sub- region.

  • Medium complexity legal and commercial issues.

  • Meets or exceeds approved budgets

  • Provides reliable hardware order forecasts to management.

  • Identifies and develops new opportunities on current project.

  • Supports qualification and opportunity assessment for large and moderately complex opportunities.

  • Acts as opportunity manager for medium to high-risk deals.

  • Manages client relationships.

  • Manages mid to upper-level client delivery relationships.

  • Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.

  • Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size less than 20 people.


Complexity:





  • Works on complex projects where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of multiple factors.

  • Delivers projects affecting one or two client divisions.

  • Coordinates and integrates the work efforts and deliverables of a large multi-function, multi- vendor project team.

  • Project is normally within a single region.

  • Manages projects with aggressive but achievable client deadlines.

  • Understands contractual and technical aspects as transition lead.

Education and Experience:



  • First Level University degree or

  • 3 years of experience in project coordination / project management or in like roles/businesses


Knowledge and Skills:



  • Speaks with expertise to many layers of depth related to project management methods

  • On a development plan leading to higher PM skills

  • Strong people management skills, typically with indirect reports

  • Apply effective project management methods

  • Analyze and resolve problems

  • Focus on customers
