What You’ll Do
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a vital role in our finance operations by:
Preparing and analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborating with the accounting team to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines.
Assisting with year-end audit preparations and special projects to improve workflows.
Supporting inventory management accounting and conducting balance sheet reconciliations.
Providing training to staff and implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience with knowledge of financial practices, consolidations, and eliminations.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
