Accountabilities:
The Workplace Device Services Director has end to end accountability for the services that are delivered through the physical devices that employees use on a day to day basis. This includes service strategy, performance and availability along with the definition and delivery of a world class catalogue and strategic standards. The services in the remit of this role include Laptops, Desktops, Mobile, Print and Video Conferencing - driving the roadmap to ensure we remain at the groundbreaking of technology innovation to improve the employee experience and efficiency. The role is accountable for currency, partner and supplier contract and service delivery management, technology roadmap and refresh.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 12+ years of experience
Industry recognized experience in managing global, enterprise teams with a successful track record in driving technology and organisational transformation and simplification
Significant experience in the management and delivery of large scale, refresh programmes
Significant experience in the management and delivery of 3rd party service agreements
Experience in leading global organisations and providing leadership/development to other managers
Collaborative, Innovative, Win: Win Attitude
Forward thinking and independent perspectives on Technology and IT leaderships
Evidence of leading and developing strategic solutions and business cases providing measurable business Value (Idea through to Delivery/Measurement)

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $172,245.60 to $258,368.40. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
