We are seeking a Property Manager to join the company's U.S. Tower division's Property Management organization. The organization maximizes and protects the value of the real estate portfolio, owns and streamlines relations with property owners, and ensures all properties operate smoothly. As part of the Real Estate team, you will focus day to day on an assigned group of assets and serve as the primary interface and facilitator of all engagements, issues, and projects on the properties under your purview. As a Property Manager, you will partner cross-functionally with peers in the Property Management, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Sales departments, and partner directly with property owners and their designees. You will utilize strong project management and customer service skills to ensure all property needs are addressed timely and completely to deliver results for the property owner and in American Tower's best interest. Additionally, as a senior member of the team, you will train and coach Associate Property Managers and serve as a point of consultation on more complex matters.
What You Can Offer Us
Serve as the primary contact and project manager for all site-related activities in your portfolio of assets, including continuous engagement when specific tasks have been assigned to other teams.
Partner with all internal teams to ensure the best results and resolutions are delivered in the most expeditious manner, including deploying Operations department employees when field visits are required, engaging attorneys on legal matters, working with the Finance department when payment reconciliations are needed, escalating to the Real Estate Transactions team when complex negotiations are required, and executing on priorities delivered from the Real Estate Planning team.
Provide high-quality customer service when handling inquiries, including following them through to resolution.
Review, research, analyze, and resolve complex inquiries from property owners, such as ownership changes, various rent payments, and lease renewals.
Manage all property needs generated by internal stakeholders, including landlord consents, compound expansions, property redevelopment, terminations, and other contract-driven requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure interactions with property owners maximize the Company's financial interest and improve relations.
Maintain detailed tracking of cases via Salesforce, including capturing all relevant property data.
Develop long-term, mutually beneficial, professional relationships with property owners and/or their designees.
Assist the department in the developing of processes and training materials; deliver training to new team members.
Engage and/or lead cross-functional projects designed to increase efficiencies and improve the team's effectiveness, including technology projects which require testing, training, and deployment support.

What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
5+ years of direct property management experience required.
Proven track record of delivering exemplary customer service and the ability to successfully manage projects required.
Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
Experience interpreting legal documents, including real estate leases and contracts, preferred.
Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks to meet requirements and deadlines.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally.
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
