Job Summary:

As a Financial professional in NetApp, a key part of the role is to provide objectiveness and stewardship to the company, acting as a representative of the Finance function and NetApp shareholders.Compiles and analyzes financial information for an organization. Supports senior management business decisions through financial and business analysis.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive financial analysis and insights to maximize shareholder value and drive profitable growth while delivering execution excellence by utilizing best practice processes to optimize productivity and collaboration

  • Playkey role partnering with the Marketing team to drive their budgets and resource allocation while partnering to drive tangible ROI

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support their initiatives and strategies

  • Assist and guide marketing teams in planning processes, including forecasting and budgeting

  • Ensure business performance drivers are easily recognized and reviewed, including ROI

  • Assess and improve marketing investment decisions through accurate financial analysis

Job Requirements:


  • 12+ years ofexperience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with5+ years of experience supporting marketing functions

  • Strong understanding of business operations, industry dynamics, and financial implications

  • Ability to translate financial analysis into actionable insights and recommendations; ability to analyze financial data in-depth and present findings in a clear and concise manner

  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams; excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong storytelling skills to communicate complex financial information to a non-financial audience

  • Growth mindset and passion for continuous learning

  • Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and working with advanced Excel functions, financial planning software, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $137K - $197K. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
