We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team at Tiffany & Company. You will support the retail organization and manage projects in support of the broader business.
You will build collaborative partnerships with retail leaders and store teams by providing support and follow-through. This is an action-oriented role that helps drive business results by ensuring our ability to attract, engage, and develop talent. You will also act as a project coordinator for various HR projects. Additionally, you will promote engagement through company initiatives and ensure a positive workplace culture across our retail teams whilst you model and champion our core belief; People Make the Difference and our values; Be Creative & Innovative, Deliver Excellence and Cultivate an Entrepreneurial Spirit."

HR
Provide HR administrative support to the retail population, by being the primary point of contact regarding benefits, policies and procedures, leaves of absence, and any other HR-related questions
Address employee inquiries regarding benefits packages, ensuring clear understanding and providing assistance as needed.
Plan and execute meaningful employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Facilitate a seamless onboarding process including generating offer letters, conducting background checks, and creating/maintaining employee files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company procedures.
Track and analyze data regarding staffing, retention, turnover, exit interviews, and other information necessary and provide insights for talent discussions
Assist employees through the leaver process and keep all relevant stakeholders informed with timely updates.
Continuously review and maintain internal headcount records, organizational charts, and internal HR data trackers.
Partner with the HRBP and appropriate corporate partners to ensure compliance with employment law and company policies and procedure
Participate in monthly Health & Safety meetings, championing a safe and supportive work environment. Be the primary point of contact for workers compensation claims and return to work plans. Track and analyze H&S metrics including types of injuries, lost time, present findings and trends to HR team regularly.
Champion for and support meaningful DEIB initiatives that positively impact people, culture, and brand.
Lead or support various HR projects and initiatives throughout the year
Talent Acquisition
Foster collaborative relationships with retail leadership and teams to identify business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Support the full-cycle recruitment process for retail positions across store non-exempt roles, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and providing a positive candidate experience
Lead or support TA special projects including career fairs, hiring events, and seasonal recruitment
Manage LVMH Rehire eligibility checks
Update Recruitment Activity Tracker on all applicable roles
Employee Relations
Provide support to workplace investigations; by providing research, and insight, scheduling interviews for the HR team.
Create a tracker for all Performance management and development follow-up activity (i.e. PIPs, corrective actions, trainings, coaching, internal talent, mobilities, etc.)
Prepare Memos and Agreements when required
Support with ER reporting when required
Qualifications
Required
A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury retail sector
Proven ability to collaborate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and expertise with Excel and PowerPoint
The hiring range for this position ranges from $77,010 - $117,780. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
