Our client is seeking a A/V Executive IT Support in Atlanta, GA.
Role Description
Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Audio-Visual Technician responsible for providing Audio Visual & Video Conferencing support, as well as maintaining AV & VC systems .
Primary Duties:
• Able to dedicate 15 - 25 hours working with the AV team and IT skills working on the help desk support team.
• Assist with setup and operation of AV and VC systems for conferences, meetings, and events.
• Provide support for all applicable VC services.
• Perform daily VC room checks to ensure all AV and VC systems are operational.
• Complete Preventative Maintenance visits to ensure all conference rooms and systems are operating optimally.
• Provide operational support for meetings as required.
• Instruct end users on the basic operation of A/V equipment.
• Offer professional, effective AV support to various levels of management.
• Handle requests for AV support following agreed procedures.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with AV/VC equipment and video networks.
• Set up, operate, and maintain AV equipment for live events, including microphones, video cameras, projection systems, video controllers, and sound mixing equipment.
• Troubleshoot system issues to determine and find resolutions or appropriate usage.
Skills & Requirements
Top Requirements:
• 3+ years of proven experience in repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AV and VC equipment, including digital projectors and systems.
• Provide technical support and proficiently operate and Video Conferencing, Video Walls, Digital Signage, Crestron, Cisco DX-80, Cisco Room Navigator, Cisco Spark boards, Cisco Webex, Teams integration with VC endpoints, control systems, VC codecs (soft/hard), displays, cameras, and microphones.
• Experienced in executive support and comfortable working with C-Suite executives.
• Experienced with Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex.
• Possessing strong communication
• Need Technical Writing skills
• Minimum proficiency in IT and network configuration.
• Ability to read and follow AV system signal flow diagrams.
• Proficient in removing and installing audio visual equipment and video conference codecs for repairs.
• Discretion and good judgment regarding sensitive or confidential information..
