Your Role:
The Strategic Global Product Manager, Bulk Chemical Delivery is responsible for analyzing and further developing the Bulk Chemical Delivery offerings for the company. This leader is an integral part of the Delivery Systems and Services (DS&S) business, delivering specialty gas and liquid delivery equipment to a global customer base. This leader will coordinate external and internal stakeholders to develop strategies that optimize business success in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research and analysis of the global semiconductor bulk chemical delivery market to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Collaborate with Product Management, Commercial and Engineering teams to model product features, processes and designs that match market needs and profitability requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, supplier/partners and internal stakeholders
Develop and implement market development strategies to expand the company's footprint in the bulk chemical delivery sector of the semiconductor industry
Work with product management and marketing teams to define bulk chemical delivery product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to the company's semiconductor customer base
Monitor market trends, sales performance, competitor offerings, competitor pricing/profitability and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve market penetration
Prepare and present market analysis, development reports and insights to senior management
Understand bulk chemical market pricing strategies and support business case development to optimize customer access
Analyze regional offerings and market pricing globally to develop strategies for marketing bulk chemical delivery offerings
Develop and maintain a strong technical knowledge of bulk chemical delivery systems, including design strategies, blending capabilities, supply chain effectiveness, and internal/contract manufacturing options. Ensure alignment with customer requirements and industry standards, staying abreast of technological advancements in bulk chemical delivery offerings to the semiconductor industry
Partner with the PMO, Product Management, Commerical, Innovation, and Procurement teams to develop projects which validate market, design and profitability assumptions, and identify opportunities for adding product development capabilities. Project plans to include investment, resourcing and roadmap plus possible multiplication plans for collaboration with other Electronics business units
The position must be located in proximity to our Tier 1 customers, Chandler, Austin, Portland.
This position will require travel to various manufacturing sites, industry trade shows and customer locations globally. The candidate must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
Proven experience in engineering and market analysis roles focused on bulk chemical delivery systems within the semiconductor industry
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing global stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
Knowledge of Bulk Chemical Delivery systems; designs, manufacturability and profitability
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders
