This role is based in Cleveland, Ohio, and is a hybrid work arrangement - individuals may be required to work some days in the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland while working the other days from home.
PMO Manager – Treasury Services
Organizational Expectations:
As the PMO Manager within the Treasury Services Product Management organization, you will support and oversee the Bureau of Fiscal Service key projects and activities that sustain our business operations for Revenue Collections Management. You will be responsible for providing project and resource planning, coordination, communication and supervision of staff activities for product management and Treasury Services, including staff performance management. You will support management and leadership in the preparation of department and project budgets and will lead a team of professionals. This position is a key partner within the organization requiring communication with colleagues, business stakeholders, vendors, national IT partners, and teams across the Federal Reserve System and/or the US Treasury.
General Responsibilities:
Develops project and resource tactical plans, and supports development of strategic plans.
Works with stakeholders to define requirements and develop technical solutions.
Exhibits and supports a culture that drives innovation, lead from where you are, diversity inclusion, and continuous learning.
Provide project planning and management with moderate complexity.
Provide oversight of staff including performance management, career development and coaching.
Participates on Bank or System work groups to advance technology initiatives.
Accountable for achieving team performance metrics and project deliverables on time, with agreed upon scope and within budget.
Accountable for maintaining compliance and controls, including maintaining SAFR/FISMA requirements as well as industry best practices.
Consult on IT issues for the Bank, System and Department of Treasury.
Supports administrative and budgeting operations.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Adheres to the Bank's attendance policies through regular and prompt attendance.
Education and Experience:
PMO Manager I: Bachelor's Degree. 5+ years of diverse professional work experience which may include 1+ year of previous lead or supervisory responsibilities.
PMO Manager II: Bachelor's Degree. 7+ years of diverse professional work experience including 3+ years of supervisory responsibilities.
Knowledge and Skills:
Work experience should include knowledge and exposure to specialized technical skills in an information technology discipline, including application development, data analytics, AI/ML, DevOps, cloud technologies, infrastructure support, technical testing and quality assurance, and/or technical operations including end user support.
Knowledge of regulations, procedures and practices of a specific discipline.
Ability to perform independent research.
Ability to perform routine tasks.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
