The Role
We are looking for a Designer responsible for project management, coordinating and participating in project tasks, providing oversight of project teams and quality control. Must be conscientious and creative, detail-oriented and professional with attentiveness to client needs and communications.
Responsibilities
Leads project teams in multiple engagements in fulfilling tasks and advancing the project.
Monitors staffing and resourcing needs of project team.
Interacts with clients regarding project information and attends client meetings.
Ensures that project deadlines are met.
Promotes TT's services and reputation in the local and national markets.
Pursues new project work and serves as primary contact with client.
Researches materials and systems to determine specific project suitability.
Interprets building codes and project/design/construction specifications.
Prepares façade detailing in 2D and 3D format for client communication.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture. Master's degree preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
