Apprentice L1 is a mid-level position within the Commercial Plumbing Division and will work in a cooperative manner with other team members to ensure the company's mission is fulfilled. You will be responsible for installing underground sanitary sewer, underground domestic water, above ground DWV piping and above ground domestic water. You must be able to properly identify basic DWV/water fittings, glue PVC and CPVC piping. Most importantly, you must be able to work as part of a team and pitch in where needed.

Aside from their main responsibilities, Apprentices may sometimes be required to set up and take down ladders, scaffolding, and other temporary structures. 

• Must be at least 18 years old




• Must have previous 1-2 years of plumber assistant experience or similar 




• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening test and agree to comply with all company policies including the company’s drug-free workplace policy.




• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and able to push/pull up to 75 pounds.




• Must have knowledge of basic hand tools, both manual and electrical




• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to follow directives.
