About the Role

Turtle is seeking a Lighting Quotations Specialist to join the team in the Stoughton, MA location.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare competitive quotations, bid and submittals for Massachusetts Outside Sales Associates


• Quoting product prices, delivery specifications and payment terms, offering substitute products where applicable.


• Establish and maintain customer relationships, communicates with customers and co-workers to provide technical information.


• Create relationships with all of the various Lighting Representatives and Manufacturers.


• Maintain organized and accurate files and folders


• Negotiate pricing and availability with vendors.


• Constant follow up on quotations to assist in closing new business opportunities.


• Provide consistent and pleasant communications

• Must present a positive attitude and excellent communication skills


• Computer skills, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are a must


• Must be able to multitask to respond to different customer needs


• High school diploma required


• Experience in quotes are a plus


• Organized and creative with the ability to follow directions and meet tight deadlines
