Job Description:

Histotechnician

The incumbent will be responsible for tasks related to the execution and analysis of lab functions. These taks will include:

• Must be able to perform all basic histology and immunohistochemistry procedures: grossing, processing, embedding, sectioning, special stains, equipment maintenance and other routine lab tasks
• Follow established protocols and troubleshoot basic immunohistochemistry as necessary
• Compliance with regulatory training and EHS requirements
• Histotechnician Certification (HT ASCP) or Histotechnologist Certification (HTL ASCP) preferred

A Bachelor's degree and three years experience preferred
