In a high growth company such as Eurofins, the Human Capital Management (HCM) system is essential in order to sustain the growth and allow each facet of the organization to continue moving forward. An integral part of this path forward for Eurofins is a transition from an on premise HR system to a cloud based product. The Manager of HCM Cloud Applications will have the exciting opportunity to manage this project from start to finish. The successful candidate will be expected to utilize their past cloud HCM experience to analyze processes and make recommendations on the design of the new HCM system. Additionally, an important aspect of this role will involve gaining and maintaining leader support throughout the project and post go live. Reporting to the Director of HR, this position will be expected to lead a number of employees in these efforts while also contributing directly to key department initiatives such as new company integrations and other HR system enhancements and maintenance efforts when necessary.
The successful candidate for this position will be expected to learn quickly and become familiar with all components of the organization. They will also be expected to be adaptable to changing responsibilities and requirements while leading projects and members of the group. All of these are extremely important for success in this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead all HCM cloud implementation efforts
Ensure that this and all other HCM related projects are on track with both timing and budget
Take all measures necessary to secure and maintain the support of key organizational leaders for the HCM cloud and other high profile projects
Provide guidance and leadership support to maximize individual and team performance with respect to projects and other areas of responsibility
Lead members of the HRIS and other functional HR teams in all cloud implementation activities to accomplish all required tasks and milestones
Work with all departments in the organization to identify and implement necessary process fixes, enhancements, and efficiencies related to the HCM cloud system. This will require extensive knowledge of the organization and industry best practices
Analyze a wide variety of data from a multitude of databases and spreadsheets.
Consult with others in the HR department to identify, develop, modify and maintain solutions to meet ongoing needs
Act as a key contributor on projects related to enhancing the current system through patches, upgrades and the implementation of new functionality
Analyze statistics and other metrics to guide process improvement and system enhancement direction
Learn and participate in tasks related to integration of newly acquired companies into the HCM system; including but not limited to gathering, modifying, loading and testing necessary data for employee transition into Eurofins HR Systems. This could also include project management responsibilities
Work with 3 rd party vendors on support and maintenance issues that may include specification design and development oversite as well as testing and integration within other applications.
Perform any other duties necessary to ensure the smooth running of the payroll group, human resources and other NSC departments.
Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate.

Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ):
Minimum experience of five years working with a large HCM system with at least three of those years managing a large cloud HCM system
At least three years of direct leadership and management experience
Experience leading HCM and other HR related projects
Advanced Excel skills required
Must be able to maintain confidential information
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Education/Experience (BMQ):
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources or Computer Science, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)
Master's degree preferred
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with additional hours, as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
