We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering food and drinks to guests in the outdoor dining areas while ensuring a high standard of service. You'll be part of an exciting team during a pivotal time as The Sunny evolves into a premier destination with breathtaking coastal views.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to outdoor dining areas in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
Ensure all orders are accurate, well-presented, and served to guests with attention to detail.
Provide excellent customer service, making sure guests are satisfied and all needs are met promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor dining areas, ensuring everything is ready for service.
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Help reset tables, stock supplies, and assist with any other tasks that support the guest experience.
Follow all health and safety protocols when handling food and beverages.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills.
Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
A passion for providing outstanding service and a positive guest experience.
Ability to carry multiple plates, trays, and glasses, and navigate outdoor spaces.
Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
