Description



The University of Chicago's Department of Pediatrics, Section of Neonatology, seeks Clinical Associates at 10% effort for renewable terms of up to two-years. Appointees will provide coverage for the Comer Children's Hospital NICU and off-site locations in Illinois and Indiana. Appointees will collaborate with a dynamic team of neonatologists to provide superior and compassionate care. These positions do not require teaching or scholarly activity. Compensation is dependent on qualifications; these positions are not benefits-eligible.


Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois and Indiana, and 3) be Board certified or eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.


We especially welcome applicants with experience caring for newborns requiring intensive care within the past five years.
