How you will make contributions that matter...
Have a working knowledge of Safety Methods and Procedures. (i.e. Proper Lifting Techniques, Proper Knife Handling Techniques, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), etc.)
Assure the type and quality of cheese being used matches the customer specifications and food safety & quality standards through product inspections.
Assure all necessary and correct supplies are available on the line before running the product.
Assure the correct cheese and amount is ready to cut before the next order is ready to run.
Minimize cheese waste, trim & rewraps.
Separate, label and record different types of trim accurately.
Neatly, accurately and legibly maintain all records and documentation.
Keep work area neat, clean and organized at all times.
Maintain communication with team members on the line to assure overrun usage and filling the order correctly and completely.
Maintain positive attitude toward work and coworkers.
Able to rotate into all necessary positions.
Adhere to all policies in the Employee Handbook, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), etc.

Experience in the food production industry preferred.
Able to work overtime.
Ability to work well in teams on production/manufacturing lines.
Able to accomplish manual work in a manufacturing environment.
Good eye-to-hand coordination. Detail and accuracy oriented.
Able to understand production schedules and product specifications.
Good decision making and problem-solving skills.
Able to follow instructions.
Able to stand/walk ten hours each shift or as needed.

Hourly Rate: $18.93 plus $2.00 shift differential (3rd shift only)
