Applies knowledge of programs, procedures, and policies to provide administrative support and assistance in a student services function. Assists current and prospective students and parents.
Essential Functions
Performs administrative functions such as assisting with general inquiries by students and families about financial aid.
Assists with the student loan programs in terms of communication, awarding, and making general updates to student’s aid packages.
Applies knowledge of financial aid programs, procedures, and policies to provide administrative support to the financial aid office.
With guidance from leadership, monitor student accounts and assist in coordinating communications with student.
Physical Effort
Most work is sedentary, completed within an office setting. Employee must be able to move about the campus to meetings and travel to locations outside of the University of Pittsburgh.
