Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a BI Reporting Analyst IV in Mountain View, CA.

Duties:

• BI Reporting Analyst IV performs business analysis using various techniques (e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining)


• Determines best practices and develops actionable insights and recommendations for the current business operations


• Works directly with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirements


• As a BI Reporting Analyst IV, you may help to produce ad hoc data and reports


• May assist in implementing or developing systems to capture business operation information


• May occasionally guide less experienced business data analysts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced proficiency with SQL to perform data acquisition, analysis, segmentation, and aggregation from scratch from existing data sources


• Experience with BI/visualization packages such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, QlikView, Excel, Google Sheets


• Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Excel, GSheets) to build business decision models and scenario planning calculators


• Ability to pull and manipulate data including building ETL/data pipelines to support analytics use cases

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
