RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Cincinnati, OH that is seeking a Lead Azure Data Engineer to join their team on a 6-month contract to hire opportunity. Local candidates will be preferred, but the team is willing to do remote for a strong candidate.

Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer who need to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate should excel in Development or pipeline, orchestrating data, resolving connection issue, Solve production issues, Guide Team members. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading the development and design of Supply Chain Data Engineering solutions, maintaining high standards of code quality, and reducing technical debt and vulnerabilities across the project. The Senior Data Engineer should be able to work in shared service team and work in multiple initiatives parallelly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with: Azure data factory, data bricks, and CICD


• Leadership capabilities, collaboration and stakeholder communication skills


• Experience with: Python, PySpark, ADF, SQL, ADLS, Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse


• GitHub Actions: Familiarity with setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring smooth and automated deployment processes


• Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with a focus on iterative development, continuous feedback, and delivery

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
